House of Bird is a private social mahjong club that organizes mahjong events, lessons, and related social experiences. Participation may be limited based on space, event format, skill level, invitation, or other event-specific considerations.

Submission of an inquiry or registration does not guarantee admission to the club, an event, or a particular table.

Event availability is limited and may vary.

Registration requirements, pricing, payment instructions, cancellation policies, guest policies, skill-level requirements, and other event details may vary by event and will be communicated as applicable.

House of Bird reserves the right to modify event details, including dates, times, locations, formats, instructors, or availability when reasonably necessary.

When payment is required for an event, your registration may not be considered complete until payment has been received.

Event-specific cancellation and refund policies may be communicated during registration. Because events have limited seating and may involve venue, instructor, or other advance costs, payments may be nonrefundable unless otherwise stated.

House of Bird is intended to provide a welcoming, respectful, and enjoyable environment. Participants are expected to treat other players, guests, instructors, venue staff, and hosts with courtesy and respect.

House of Bird reserves the right to decline or discontinue participation when conduct materially interferes with the experience, safety, or enjoyment of other participants.

House of Bird offers an optional SMS/text messaging program.

By expressly opting in to receive text messages from House of Bird, you agree to receive SMS messages related to House of Bird, including upcoming mahjong events, event registration, event reminders, availability, waitlists, schedule updates, lessons, club announcements, and other related information.

Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any House of Bird text message. After opting out, you will no longer receive SMS messages unless you subsequently opt in again.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your participation in the House of Bird SMS program is also subject to our Privacy Policy. SMS consent and mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

The Site and its original content, branding, graphics, designs, text, photographs, materials, and other House of Bird content are owned by House of Bird or used with permission and may be protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, modify, or commercially exploit House of Bird content without permission.

The Site may contain links to or use services operated by third parties. House of Bird is not responsible for the content, availability, security, or privacy practices of third-party websites or services.

The Site and its content are provided for general informational and event-related purposes. While we try to keep information accurate and current, House of Bird does not warrant that all Site content will always be complete, current, or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, House of Bird will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or participation in House of Bird services.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited under applicable law.
